Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how VUtopia Technologies Pvt Ltd ("VUtopia", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on vutopia.uk.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites may place on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device when you visit a website.
Cookies can be used to make websites function, maintain security, remember preferences, understand website usage or support advertising and marketing.
Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, software development kits and other methods that store information on, or access information from, a visitor's device.
2. Our current use of cookies
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or similar behavioural-tracking technologies on this website.
The website does not currently provide user accounts, login functionality, online payments or a shopping basket and therefore does not use cookies for those functions.
During our most recent review, we did not identify a persistent first-party cookie placed by VUtopia during ordinary browsing.
3. Technologies used by the website
Website operation
The website uses Next.js and associated browser code to display pages, provide navigation, present animations and deliver the website across desktop and mobile devices.
Navigation state may be held temporarily in browser memory or reflected in the page address. It is not currently used by VUtopia for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Contact form
Our contact form collects the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, organisation or company, enquiry type and message.
The form sends this information to VUtopia through a first-party website endpoint. It uses a locally generated arithmetic security question rather than a third-party CAPTCHA service. The security question does not currently require a tracking cookie.
Information submitted through the contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Media and visual assets
The website displays images, video and other visual assets. Most website assets are delivered directly through our website. Some background assets may be delivered through external content-storage infrastructure.
When your browser requests an externally hosted asset, the provider may receive limited technical connection information, such as your IP address, browser type and request details. We do not currently use these asset requests for behavioural advertising.
4. Hosting, security and content delivery
Our website is hosted and delivered using website hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. These services process technical requests so that pages and files can be delivered securely and efficiently.
A hosting or content-delivery provider may use temporary security, traffic-management or load-balancing mechanisms where strictly necessary to provide or protect the website. These mechanisms are not used by VUtopia for advertising.
Strictly necessary technologies may generally be used without consent where they are essential to provide a service requested by the user. We will continue to provide clear information about any such technologies used by the website.
5. Current cookie categories

6. Cookie consent
Because the website does not currently intentionally use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we do not currently display a cookie-consent banner.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, personalisation, embedded third-party media or other non-essential storage technologies, we will update this Cookie Policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies are activated where consent is required.
Continuing to browse a website is not, by itself, treated as consent to non-essential cookies.
7. Managing cookies through your browser
Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies through their privacy or security settings.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the operation of websites that rely on them. Browser settings vary, so you should consult the support information provided by your browser developer.
8. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, hosting arrangements, technologies or legal obligations change.
We will publish the latest version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
We will review this policy before introducing any analytics, advertising, embedded-media or other non-essential tracking technology.
